Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • You cancel your service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment

  • The technician is unable to complete the installation due to unforeseen internal company issues

  • The service is billed in error or duplicated

Non-Refundable Charges

  • On-site consultations or travel fees (if already performed)

  • Services already completed or partially completed

  • Permits or equipment purchased on your behalf
