Welcome to AmpXpress (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AmpXpress website https://www.theampxpress.com/ (“Site”), our mobile EV charger installations, booking platform, and all related products and services (“Services”).
By accessing our Site or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Site and Services immediately.

1. Services Provided

AmpXpress provides on-site EV charger installations, charger re-installations, and electrical panel upgrades for residential properties in the Metro Atlanta area.
All services are performed by licensed and qualified professionals.

2. Access to Our Site

2.1 Access to our Site is provided on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to:

  • Withdraw or limit access to the Site without prior notice;

  • Modify or discontinue any feature or content on the Site.

2.2 We are not liable for any temporary unavailability or interruptions in service.
2.3 You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access the Site;

  • Anyone accessing the Site through your internet connection complies with these Terms.
    2.4 You agree not to:

  • Damage or disrupt the Site or any related systems;

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its servers;

  • Use automated systems or bots to extract data or interfere with our platform.

3. Booking & Quotes

Quotes provided via our online form are estimates only and may change based on on-site conditions or additional requirements.
Final pricing will be confirmed after an in-person review or consultation (if applicable).
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment systems.
If you choose to “Add to Cart” and pay later, your quote will be stored for reference.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee to compensate for lost technician time.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the quote and booking process;

  • Ensure an adult (18+) is present at the service location during installation;

  • Prepare the installation area by clearing any obstructions, hazards, or debris;

  • Notify us of any special site conditions (e.g., pets, restricted access, electrical limitations).

7. Warranties & Liability

Our installations include a limited workmanship warranty covering defects in our labor under normal use.
AmpXpress is not liable for:

  • Damages caused by improper charger usage;

  • Electrical issues unrelated to our installation;

  • Delays caused by weather, utility service interruptions, or events beyond our control.

All warranties are void if the installation is altered by unauthorized personnel.

8. Use of Site Information

The content on our Site is provided for general informational purposes only.
While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that all information is complete, up to date, or error-free.
You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it or making decisions based on it.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, logos, images, trademarks, software, and designs displayed on the Site are the intellectual property of AmpXpress or its licensors.
You may:

  • View and print materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
