These Terms of Services ("Terms") govern your use of AmpXpress services, including our website, mobile EV charger installations, booking platform, and any related services. By using our site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

AmpXpress offers on-site EV charger installation, charger reinstallation, and electrical panel upgrades for residential properties. All installations are handled by qualified professionals in the Metro Atlanta area.

2. Booking & Quotes

  • Quotes provided via our online form are estimates and may change based on site conditions or additional requirements.

  • Final pricing will be confirmed after an on-site review or consultation (if applicable).

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards via secure payment systems.

  • If you choose to "Add to Cart" and pay later, your quote will be saved for reference.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee to compensate for lost technician time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during the quote and booking process

  • Ensure someone 18+ is present at the service location during installation

  • Clear the installation area of any hazards or obstructions

6. Warranties & Liability

  • Our installation services include a limited workmanship warranty.

  • AmpXpress is not liable for damage due to incorrect usage of the charger, electrical malfunctions unrelated to our installation, or delays caused by weather or utility service issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, text, logos, images, and designs on our website are the intellectual property of AmpXpress and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

AmpXpress will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates your agreement to the new Terms.
